My item arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or defective. We work tirelessly to ensure top quality, but understand things can happen. Send a photo of the damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: beautifuljourneycob@gmail.com. We will respond within  48 hours!

When do you ship items out?

We ship all orders out Monday through Wednesday. Unfortunately, if you place an order on a Thursday, that order will not be shipped out until Monday. We do this to ensure packages are not sitting over the weekend with postal carriers due to melting points.

I received my item, and it has melted?
Please place your item(s) in a cool dark place or store in the refrigerator 10-20 minutes once you receive your order. Keep in mind the item was shipped and may have gone through 95 degrees and above temperature. Your new body butter is still usable and still will keep you moisturized.


Will Beautiful Journey Cream of Butter always ship with ice packs?

During warmer/hotter months, May- September warmer/hotter months. Yes, this helps us keep the package cool for up to 48 hours. This will, in return, helps protect our customer's investment.

What is the processing time?

Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of when you place your order and delivered by USPS within 2 days.

What is local drop off?

We offer  local drop off  for customers within the local area. Local drop off is in Lansing, MI only. Please do not select local drop off at check out if you are not in the area, your order will be cancelled.

Can I apply the products to my face?

We always recommend starting with a patch test. All products are natural, yet some include a fragrance. Unless you have susceptible skin, you should be fine.
